What we offer:
• Safety is #1 Priority
• Starting Pay: $21.80/hr.Plus shift differential. New associates start at this probationary ratefor 60 working days and then get pay increase after being awarded a differentjob classification

• Shift(s) available: 2ndand 3rd shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hour schedules.

How you will impactWestRock:
• Safely performing awide range of tasks to operate manufacturing machinery
• Perform quality checks
• Produce a productmeeting customer specifications and expectations
What you need tosucceed:
• Ability to operatevarious manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform otherduties as assigned
• Ability to work safely,maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with all safetyregulations
• Experience operatingmanufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to lift, pushand/or pull 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entireshift
• Capable of safely andefficiently operating a powered industrial forklift and clamp forklift
• Perform all requiredforklift checklists
• Support all convertingand in-line equipment to ensure accurate, steady supply of WIP and packingsupplies
