Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility
A Direct Hire Opportunity
Principal Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage color development projects from benchtop to commercialization.
- Support innovation projects by planning and executing assigned tasks.
- Develop new or modify existing colors through formulation, raw materials, processing, and technologies.
- Coordinate evaluation of new products and collaborate with application teams.
- Develop analytical methods and operate pilot trials for scale-up and small orders.
- Support manufacturing plants, procurement projects, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain lab equipment, uphold safety standards, and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and utilize company resources responsibly.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years related experience or Master’s degree.
- Strong laboratory experimental skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.
- Technical proficiency in specialty area and ability to plan and execute technical projects.
- Proficient in operating, maintaining, and organizing lab equipment.
- Effective observation and documentation of experimental results.
- High standards for laboratory safety, protocols, and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong computer and data management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb new processes and knowledge.
- Must be willing to travel nationally at least 20%
