What we offer:
- Starting rate of $16.49 p/hr increased to $18.23 p/hr after successful completion of a probationary period.

The opportunity:
Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility. Focusing on our customers' success will allow you opportunities to develop and grow your career in manufacturing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all units are banded properly, have a clearly visible load tag and that there are no broken or missing straps on the units.
- Perform the last visual quality inspection on finished product, confirm that unit and truck counts are correct, and that all paperwork is accurate.
- Process inventory control and cycle counts using RF Scanners and internal computerized system.
- Unloading received materials as needed, perform a visual quality inspection on received items and confirm that delivered unit and truck counts are accurate.

What you need to succeed:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Forklift certification with 3-5 years forklift experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Read and understand an order spec sheet and load tags
- Understand unitizing and palletizing information
- Able to successfully complete Lift Truck Training and pass the written and driving skills test to become a certified Lift Truck Operator
- Adapt and have ability to fit into plant safety culture
