Career Opportunity
The Lewisburg location is seeking a Clamp Truck Driver whose primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include operating a clamp truck and/or forklift, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
How you will impact WestRock
- Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
- Pull rolls of paper for corrugator or load the trucks.
- Assist on the floor when needed.
- Unload trucks and railcars.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
- Performs other job duties as assigned
What you need to succeed .
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years production/manufacturing experience preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months experience operating various Powered Industrial Trucks (ie. Clamp truck, forklifts)
- A strong commitment to working safe.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery.
- Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
