The GTM Strategy and Portfolio Planning team seeks a Business Process Engineer for a pivotal role. You will execute an operational plan that drives significant growth in the Consumer Digital Services business. This is a strategic priority and a critical success factor in generating future revenue growth and profit for HP. Your work will open up significant innovation opportunities across portfolios, market routes, and new business models, enabling customers to easily consume and access our services.

You need to have proven skills working across teams, strong business acumen, proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques, and a passion for solving complex business and operational challenges.

We are looking for an energetic individual who can collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, the Global and Regional services team, and internal and external support teams to deliver new services and optimize the current services portfolio.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to design, enable, and optimize our services value chain.

Drives development of business process or solution planning over the entire services lifecycle, including sales readiness, quote-to-cash (Q2C), customer registration and service activation, end-to-end service delivery, and any other associated processes in the service value chain.

Utilizes in-depth understanding of consumer business and internal and external system requirements to develop, improve, and maintain business processes related to consumer subscription services.

Transforms the Product Manager's service requirements or components into a Service SKU or Service Part Number. Then, procure the portfolio with internal and external support teams to enable the service in the different Routes to Markets globally.

Performs operational business analysis, identifies root causes, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.

Designs and Documents current and future detailed business processes to support the services organization.

Represents Services Operations on product or solution core teams and provides guidance on the services value chain and best practices on business processes.

Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that drive continuous services business growth.

Education & Experience Recommended

* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

* Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills

Consumer segment product, software, or service experience preferred.

Operational knowledge of order-to-cash domains, including HP logistics, supply chain, finance, master data, sales operations, and customer support.

Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.

More frequent influence at cross-functional levels.

Ability to create clear and accurate diagrams that represent the current and desired states of the business processes.

Proficient in BPM tools like Visio, Signavio, Jira, or Miro.

Good presentation skills. Ability to influence without authority across functions, geographies, etc.
