Sr. Regional Vice President -Experis, Northeast Region - Military Veterans

The Senior Regional Vice President (SRVP) is accountable for a regional P&L and responsible for all facets of profitable growth, performance and efficient operations of multiple markets within an assigned geographical region in the IT, Finance & Accounting or Engineering vertical.

Results & Strategy:

• Regional P&L owner accountable and responsible for achieving continual growth and expansion, profitability and efficiency improvements aligned to organizational values and established guidelines and budgets and overall brand and vertical strategy.

• Translate organizational and vertical strategy and priorities into clear business, financial and operational plans that capitalize on market/industry opportunities within geography.

• Provide strategic direction, and operationalizes plan into clear direction and expectations for each market leader.

People Leadership:

• Attract, retain and actively develop staff. Inspire and lead a team of market leaders (Managing Director and Managing Principal) by setting and managing performance expectations, and motivating and engaging through continued coaching, development and promotion of staff.

• Typical span of control 12 - 16 direct reports and 100-150 indirect reports.

Client & Candidate

• Develop relationships at existing and prospective clients, work with market leaders to drive loyalty and resolve escalations with clients and consultants.

Thought Leadership

• Acute awareness of market environment and industry trends.

• Industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work and Workforce Solutions expertise.

• Collaborates across verticals and brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required:

• 10 years' demonstrated managerial and operational experience in services industry

• 5 years' experience managing multiple locations and P&Ls

• Proven success managing $150M P&L

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

• Education: Master's Degree

• Experience: Experience supporting senior level business leaders. Exposure to the staffing and contingent workforce placement/workforce solutions industry.

• Experience: Technical experience/expertise in IT, Finance & Accounting or Engineering vertical
