The Position Proposition:

The Senior Project Manager, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. The Senior Project Manager will execute project management methodology and establishes processes for tracking and delivering engineer, procure and construct (EPC), engineer and construct (EC), and large construction projects. Establishes project teams and distributes the project workload. Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization. Sets and manages project expectations. Ensures projects are estimated/transitioned accurately, completed on time and within established quality and safety standards and provides reports to clients or project sponsors.

• Manages projects from cradle to grave, and work of the project team.
• Responsible for personnel actions including hiring and performance management.
• Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function.
• Recommends policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.

Educational & Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or other related discipline with and 5 or more years of experience.
• Must have specific experience with EPC, Design-Build and/or Large Construction Projects in the T&D industry.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook, Primavera P6, and project management software.
• Project Management Certification or Professional Engineer License preferred.
