Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Infrastructure Manager to oversee Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, and other security platforms and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's data and systems by managing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures. The Security Infrastructure Manager will work closely with other IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure optimal security practices are in place and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of leading and managing a team of individuals, guiding, and motivating them towards achieving the organization's goals and objectives
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the team and organization forward by setting clear objectives, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities effectively.
• Develop the skills and capabilities of the team members through coaching, mentoring, and training programs. Provide ongoing support, feedback, and recognition to promote individual and team growth.
• Continuously monitor and assess team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and taking necessary corrective actions when needed. Promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring open lines of communication between team members, other departments, and stakeholders. Encourage the sharing of ideas and knowledge to improve outcomes.
• Make informed and timely decisions, considering various factors such as team dynamics, resources, and organizational goals. Take ownership of decisions and outcomes, being accountable for the team's performance.
• Lead the team through periods of change, effectively communicating the vision, managing resistance, and encouraging adaptation to new processes or strategies.
• Manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to ensure secure access and authorization across all systems and applications.
• Manage Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, Entra ID, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Oversee the implementation and management of other security applications and infrastructure, such as security information and event management systems.
• Implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's data and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to security and IT teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our security posture.
• Work closely with the Security Operations and Incident Response team to ensure Greif's infrastructure is protected against security threats.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security infrastructure management, with a focus on Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, and other security applications and infrastructure.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong technical expertise in security technologies and solutions, such as IAM, SSO, AD, and security information and event management systems.
• Experience managing security policies, procedures, and standards in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex security issues.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, are a plus.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $ 130,000.00 to $ 155,000.00 per year. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.
