Do you want to leverage your ability to organize, multitask, and communicate effectively in a dynamic environment? We are actively recruiting for an engaging Human Resources (HR) Generalist.


About You


You have a high school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is preferred) and exhibit strong administrative and communication skills. You have an eye for detail, you're a creative self-starter and an exceptional multitasker. The role requires you to work more than 50 hours per week, and sometimes, off property.


What You Will Be Doing




  • Supporting HR Functions: Assist in daily operations, special projects, and reports. Manage and coordinate employee events, sports, social activities, and recognition programs. Conduct meetings to organize these events or programs.




  • Handling Employee Benefits: Orientate employees on eligible benefits, handle timely enrollment, process claims, and terminate benefits for assigned areas. Manage the FMLA process and assist in coordinating all benefits-related events.




  • Participating in Recruitment: Support training functions, Management In-Training progression, Job Fairs, and Internships (local/international/seasonal). Conduct new hire processing related to benefits and recruitment.




  • Managing Office Operations: Open the office daily, handle telephone inquiries, distribute flyers, and memos, respond to correspondence and inquiries, process hotel room request forms, and assist employees with other HR-related requests or inquiries.




  • Maintaining Records: Maintain department files and correspondence, and ensure proper and timely payment of benefit premiums for assigned areas.




  • General Duties: Keep the office clean and tidy, order and stock supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail.
