Job Summary:

Raytheon Saudi Arabia (RTN SA), a wholly owned foreign subsidiary of Raytheon Technologies Company, is searching for a highly motivated Human Resources Partner with international experience to join its Human Resources team.

As a direct report to the country Human Resources Director, the HR Partner will deliver comprehensive, fully integrated and sustainable human resource support. A significant responsibility of this role, will be support in all the HR activities of standing up new Joint Ventures in Saudi Arabia, spanning from creating new salary structures, and benefits schemes, to organization design, and HR policies and systems.

The HR Partner will help drive a high performing culture that supports Raytheon’s Vision, Strategy, Goals and Values. He or she will act as an advisor in matters relating to program strategy, staffing, performance management, employee relations and professional development. 


 Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Develop successful business partner relationships with business leaders and in-country program offices.
• Support the HR activities for standing up new Joint Ventures in Saudi Arabia.
• Implement strategic talent management processes necessary to develop global business leaders and high performing employees.
• Ensure that performance management and compensation processes are aligned with Raytheon processes resulting in fair and equitable treatment for all employees.
• Advance organizational effectiveness using applicable HR strategies, identify appropriate team and individual learning strategies, and execute for team success.
• Maximize organizational capability by leading efforts to acquire and develop best talent in support of business growth plans and build strong succession and bench strength.
• Develop effective relationships with Business Leaders & HR Leaders and utilize reach-back within a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• 10 years of professional progressive Human Resources experience, including international business experience supporting a global enterprise
• Experience as an HR strategic business partner with demonstrated success driving business results.
• Ability to influence and manage change, with an ability to work with all levels of the organization and in a team environment.
• Experience and understanding of a wide array of Human Resources management systems and tools, including talent and performance management, compensation, and rewards systems.
• Ability to think strategically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and diverse business perspective 

Required Education:

• Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field.
