SCRUM Master Expert

HOW A SCRUM MASTER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery
Able to provide clear communication of technical vision, goals and described requirements for items listed in the teams product backlog.
Demonstrated ability to coach and encourage team members in daily scrum ceremonies.
Scheduling regular interaction with the product owner and delivery team
Experienced Scrum master and documented ability assisting the product owner to understand and better manage the backlog and plan for sprints, as well as explain the process to the delivery team.
Demonstrated experience with long term planning in an empirical environment. Able to use Agile change management tools to include JIRA for data driven decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelors Degree and Professional Scrum Master Certificate
Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: JIRA, Confluence, documented experience managing technical teams.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Expert knowledge of JIRA and Agile best practices
  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership for the team.
  • Supervises assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors.
  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and administrative reporting.
  • May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
  • Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinates and assists with timely implementation of all SDLC activities.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

Preferred Skills: Detailed orientated and experience working as a scrum master.
