Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Director to join our team! In this role you will get to Manage a multi-disciplinary team overseeing the technical design and construction of a multi-sector giga-project in Saudi Arabia

What You'll Be Doing:

• In coordination with Program, Project Controls, Commercial, and Delivery Directors and their teams, directly shape the development and delivery of multi-sector "giga-projects" supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

• Lead a group of multi-disciplinary planning, design, and engineering professionals

• Directly contribute to optimizing and overseeing the implementation of the program's procurement strategy

• Direct and oversee 3rd party consultants and contractors as they deliver master planning, studies, and technical design products consistent with the program's delivery strategy and quality standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering(or related) from Western University with 25+ years of related work experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.

• Proven ability to lead and develop high performing technical teams

• Require experience establishing a PMC for a client organization

• Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex technical issues, manage conflict and provide resolution using a combination of technical skills, leadership, teamwork and people management skills

• Proven ability to work in a supervisory capacity

• Thorough knowledge of industry best practices

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Recognized subject matter expert (SME) delivering large multi-sector developments in MEA region

• Advanced degrees and certifications/registrations

• Arabic speaking
