Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Staffing Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to be responsible for defining the hiring needs in alignment with the program schedule and projects stages, develop program organizational charts in projectized setup, coordination of recruiting and mobilization activities and client approvals on the program. Reporting directly to the Senior Staffing Manager.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate the onsite recruitment process and collaborate with corporate recruiting and other HR functions to ensure the program meets hiring targets.
Ensure processes such as opening position reqs, interviews, client approvals and mobilization are run effectively and within agreed KPI’s.
Support HR and Hiring Managers with workforce planning to ensure internal and external resources are deployed appropriately across the program.
Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions utilizing different methods such as job analysis and ensure accuracy and consistency across the program.
Maintain the program organization charts and ensure alignment with approved positions.
Collaborate with finance and other HR functions to create and process client approval packages.
Maintain HR and Recruiting data integrity and support with reporting and audits.
Develop, maintain, and communicate staffing processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees.
Support HR projects and initiatives such as the development of job architecture (job families, roles and responsibilities, leveling)
Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Excellent business judgment.
Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least 7 years of related experience in data management, reporting and HR and recruiting operations for Engineering and Construction businesses.
