You’ll work alongside Parsons colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. Mid Cybersecurity Engineer
- 3+ years of experience developing resilient cybersecurity solutions and researching innovative cyber resilience strategies
- Experience with engineering, implementing, and maintaining a cybersecurity program in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 and the DoD Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation Guidebook on a space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
- Experience with evaluating security vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies, or implementing remediation activities
- Experience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment

- Experience with Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability metric analysis
- Experience with evaluating trending and out of tolerance behavior for the following system level Space Domain Awareness (SDA) metrics
- supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs

- Experience defining and organizing program strategies and implementation plans for all phases of the acquisition life cycle that meet Statutory, Regulatory, Federal, State and Local policies
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-882 safety analyses and safety program implementation
- Ability to develop, manage, and execute Government and program system safety management plans, processes and products to include the System Safety Master Plan (SSMP), Programmatic Environmental, Safety and Occupational Evaluation (PESHE), Environmental Safety and Health Evaluation Plan, Safety Release Memo, and the Environmental Hazard Analysis.
