Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline

Mid Cybersecurity Engineer

• 3+ years of experience developing resilient cybersecurity solutions and researching innovative cyber resilience strategies
• Experience with engineering, implementing, and maintaining a cybersecurity program in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 and the DoD Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation Guidebook on a space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience with evaluating security vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies, or implementing remediation activities
• Experience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
• Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2

Mid Risk Management Framework Engineer

• 3+ years of experience engineering, implementing, and maintaining a cybersecurity program in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 - Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the DoD Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation Guidebook on a space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs

• Experience with acquisition management support including developing and coordinating briefings
• Experience with assessing program documents and risks to determine the impact to acquisition strategy and overall program schedule
• Knowledge of the execution processes unique to the sustainment and logistics organization
• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals

Mid Software Developer

• 3+ years of experience with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies planning and executing System Integration of complex Space/Ground systems
• Experience supporting space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience architecting and implementing cloud-based solutions and cloud-based development
• Experience with supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
• Experience with programming languages including C or C++, Scala, Ruby, Perl, Java, Python or PHP
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of implementation of DevOps and DevSecOps principles focused on automated testing, continuous delivery, real time monitoring/feedback and associated security concerns

Senior Reliability Engineer

• 10+ years of system reliability and maintainability experience supporting space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience performing system integration leading the overall role of relevant System Engineering for DoD, other Government Agency, or commercial programs or projects
• Experience with Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability metric analysis
• Experience with evaluating trending and out of tolerance behavior for the following system level Space Domain Awareness (SDA) metrics
• supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
• Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1, IEEE 15288.2, and Department of the Air Force Pamphlet (DAFPAM) 63-128, Appendix 6.9
• Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Mid Safety Engineer

• 3+ years of experience conducting System Engineering Analysis, System Safety Analysis, Risk Management and/or Hazard Analysis, and implementing DoD system safety programs
• 3+ years of experience on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience defining and organizing program strategies and implementation plans for all phases of the acquisition life cycle that meet Statutory, Regulatory, Federal, State and Local policies
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-882 safety analyses and safety program implementation
• Ability to develop, manage, and execute Government and program system safety management plans, processes and products to include the System Safety Master Plan (SSMP), Programmatic Environmental, Safety and Occupational Evaluation (PESHE), Environmental Safety and Health Evaluation Plan, Safety Release Memo, and the Environmental Hazard Analysis.
• Ability to identify potential risks, hazards, and deficiencies in operating procedures, system design, and training documentation, and make recommendations for resolution

• Experience mapping system requirements to physical and functional architecture and conducting configuration management of system configurations

• Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile CM process to manage the technical baseline at all integration levels
• Experience performing a Technical Baseline Assessment from a review of the Requirement Verification Ledger (RVL), Requirements Verification Plans (RVPs), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Ability to develop and maintain a Government repository of all CM-related items from all stakeholders, that will be available across the Remote Sensing Capability Areas.
• Ability to create and configuration manage an As-Is and To-Be Sustainment technical baseline which captures the Functional, Allocated, and Product baselines across the sustainment portfolio
• Ability to review the technical baseline maturity against IEEE-15288.2 standards and identify alignment risks

Mid Launch Integration

• 3+ years of experience supporting design, integration and test of spacecraft and integration onto launch vehicles for a space-related Major Defense Acquisition Program
• Experience analyzing launch vehicle interfaces, environments, accommodations, CONOPs and schedules to identify and inform on risks and impacts on integrated mission performance
• Experience coordinating and supporting launch site processing, planning, integration, and test, and launch execution
• Experience reviewing drawings, documents, and procedures for hardware design, manufacturing, integration, program planning and execution, and providing comments and recommendations
• Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, integration plans and schedules, and inter-service support agreements

• Experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex Space/Ground systems
• Experience with supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies/plans/reports/briefings, participation in test execution, verification or analysis
• Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
• Ability to define, develop, maintain, and execute large scale system test plans and overarching test and evaluation strategy documents, including Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES), Test and Evaluation master Plans (TEMP), System Integration Test Plan (SITP), Enterprise Verification Plan (EVP), Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRM), and Requirements Verification Files (RVFs)

Salary Range: 

$28.51 - $245,200.00
