Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for coordination among the Contractor and the Contracting Officer and COR.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating with the contracting organization’s program office to enable timely problem resolution
- Manage a multi-disciplinary, geographically diverse engineering team to include projects with multiple subcontractors
- Lead the team and ensure the production and delivery of a wide array of contract deliverables.
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance for a diverse set of tasks being performed by staff from multiple technical and non-technical disciplines
Properly aligning staffing requirements
The program manager will manage program risk through a structured, proactive, risk identification, assessment, analysis, and mitigation process to identify and track risks through all stages of program activity.
Facilitating product reporting in line with Agile delivery methods. Per Agile Scrum, the Contractor’s Project Lead will be expected to work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to develop Product / Sprint plans and reporting in line with Agile Scrum delivery approaches
