• Veteran Careers Program – A structured registered apprenticeship that includes online learning, intensive training, and on-the-job experience at Ford-Lincoln dealerships. Eligible veterans can use GI Bill® benefits during the program.
• SkillBridge & Transition Partnerships – Ford partners with Department of Defense SkillBridge to support transitioning service members with training and civilian work experience.
• Veteran Network Group (VETNG) – An employee resource group that helps veterans connect, grow, and succeed within Ford.
Community & Military Support
