BP Aero is comprised of three separate organizations all focusing on commercial and millitary powerplant repair.  

1) BP Aero Engine Services: FAA/EASA 145 Repair Station providing quick turn, surgial strike engine repairs, field service repairs, troubleshooting and inspections.   We focus on the following engines: LEAP-1B (737 MAX) CFM56 (737/A320), CF34-8 (E170/175 CRJ)  CF6-80 (747/767), CF6-50 (KC-10) , CF34-3 (CRJ200)

2) BP Aero Services :  FAA/EASA 145 Repair Station provides clean, inspect and overhaul of individual engine parts (commercial and military).   In House special processes/capability include  Clean, NDT, Machining, Grinding, Plasma/Metal Spray, Welding, Heat Treat, Paint , Assembly/Disassembly, Water Jet.    Common parts include static and rotating parts, disks, shafts, spools, housings, cases, frames, supports, etc.

3) BP Aerospace:  Is the industry leader in engine disassembly services.   We disassembly over 175 engines a year.  We work on CFM56-3/5/7, V2500, CF6-80, PW4000, CF34-3, CF34-8.
