The American Freedom Foundation has served the Veteran and Military community since 2004. AFF provides resources and support programs that create real pathways for Veterans, Transitioning Servicemembers, and Military Families as they move from service into civilian life. Our primary program is Your Next Mission®, a Veteran-focused leadership and transition platform supporting Veterans, Transitioning Servicemembers, and Military Families through media, community engagement, and opportunity-driven work. Your Next Mission® is anchored by the Your Next Mission® video podcast with host 12th SMA (R) Jack L. Tilley, and extends through hiring events and Your Next Mission® VCS, a Veterans Community Support Program that connects Veterans to vetted nonprofit partners. Everything we do is built to honor the experience, leadership, and capability of the people we serve, leading with respect, telling the truth, and measuring our work by a single standard: whether it opens the door to what comes next for those who have served.
