Work Environment

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs depending on role
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment
  • Strong safety awareness and teamwork orientation

Some positions may require:

  • Forklift certification
  • CDL license (for shuttle driver roles)
  • Technical training in machinery or quality systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, operations, or logistics
  • Mechanical troubleshooting or industrial maintenance background
