Customer Support Representative - Military Veterans

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Inside Sales team! 

As a Customer Support Representative for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for delivering world-class service by communicating effectively, actively listening, and showing empathy to every homeowner. You will contact customers to confirm order processing and inform them that they will next be contacted to schedule installation when the product is ready for install. Additionally, you will partner with your leaders consistently to provide and receive feedback on your performance. 

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to customers using company-provided methodology.  
• Speaking with all prospects, customers, and teammates with professionalism, active listening, and showing empathy.  
• Entering all information from the conversation into Enabled swiftly and accurately. 
• Partnering with Inside Sales Director and local Production teams for questions or escalated customer situations. 
• Remaining consistent by keeping up with all open jobs that are scheduled to be called in real time. 
• Reporting irresolvable situations to your immediate supervisor for appropriate resolution, avoiding argumentative, unprofessional behavior. 
• Attend weekly team meetings. 
• Other job duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback to improve performance.  
• Ability to work independently and as an active team member.  
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.  
• Multi-task by adjusting between different call types while maintaining efficiency, composure, and knowledge. 
• 1 year customer service experience required
