ENTRY-LEVEL FARM / FIELD WORKER - Military Veterans

As a Farm and Field Worker, you’ll learn essential agricultural and maintenance skills while supporting daily operations such as planting, harvesting, feeding livestock, and maintaining equipment. This hands-on role offers steady work in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

Field and Equipment Work:

· Assist in planting, harvesting, and irrigating crops.

· Operate and maintain farm tools and machinery.

· Feed, water, and care for livestock.

Safety and Compliance:

· Follow all farm safety rules and equipment operation guidelines.

· Maintain clean work areas and report hazards.

Documentation and Reporting:

· Track inventory of feed, seed, and supplies.

· Report maintenance needs for machinery and tools.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is an outdoor role involving long hours and varying weather conditions. Physical strength, stamina, and dependability are crucial.

Requirements

· Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate small machinery.

· Willing to work weekends during busy seasons.

Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance, on-the-job training, housing assistance (if applicable). Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends.
