Enage in extensive in vivo studies of next generation T cell therapies for solid tumors (e.g. leiomyosarcoma and osteosarcoma). These studies will include tail vein injections of engineered T cells and subcutaneous injections of tumor cells into NSG mice or immuncompetent mice (syngeneic mouse tumor models). For all studies, tumor growth will be assessed via bioluminescence or caliper. T cells and tumor cells will also be collected from peripheral blood, tissue, and tumor samples to analyze cell numbers and phenotyping will be performed via flow cytometry and next-generation sequencing. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $28.04 - $45.09 (Hourly Rate).
