Maintenance Technician - Military Veterans

Our client values the discipline, troubleshooting ability, and mission-focused mindset that military service instills and they are looking for a strong veteran for their Maintenance Technician position, you'll play a critical role in keeping the equipment, facilities, and production lines operating at peak efficiency, ensuring the team can meet mission objectives, just like in the service.

- Equipment troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

- Preventive and predictive maintenance: Apply a proactive mindset to maintain and improve reliability and uptime

- Technical operations; Operate tools such as welders, saws, drills, power tools, and forklifts to complete tasks safely and efficiently

- Process and safety compliance: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to ensure precision and adherence to safety protocols

- Collaboration and continuous improvement: Work with a team to identify areas for operational efficiency and cost-saving solutions

- CMMS and inventory management: Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, parts, and repairs

Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

- Base salary, $60K - $70K
