Process Engineer - Military Veterans

In this role, you'll use your expertise to enhance manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and support high-quality production in industries ranging from aerospace to defense and transportation.

- Lead and improve key manufacturing processes like coating, extrusion, and annealing

- Use Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality

- Analyze operational data to optimize material usage, labor efficiency, and production setup times

- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and train personnel

- Support customer needs by investigating complaints, conducting trials, and ensuring top-tier quality standards

- Manage short- and long-term improvement projects, ensuring compliance with ISO, safety, and operational excellence standards

Base salary, $80K - $120K

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
