Production Supervisor - Military Veterans

Our client is hiring for a Production Supervisor. As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a production team, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
- Team leadership and supervision: Oversee and mentor a team to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations
- Process optimization: Identify and resolve equipment or personnel issues to enhance production
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with the Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to meet production goals
- Training and development: Provide guidance to new hires and long-term associates, ensuring a well-trained and high-performing workforce
- Operational planning and execution: Maintain production schedules, safety compliance, and process documentation
- Efficiency and quality control: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce waste, and maximize productivity
Day and night shifts, 6am- 630 pm or 6pm - 630 am
Base salary, $80K - $85K
