In this role, you'll be working within the branded content team covering areas of wellness, fashion, beauty, entertainment and lifestyle from pitch stage to execution. Along with the other editors in this team, you'll support with ideation and creation of content cross platform from print to digital, social, video and e-commerce. This role requires a strong understanding of Hearst brands, and what makes them unique. As Junior Branded Content Editor, you'll need to be a fast and skilled editor and writer with a passion for creating best-in-class content.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you'll oversee the creation and delivery of multi-platform commercial content campaigns across a variety of Hearst brands. You'll work with Creative Strategy team to ideate on and respond to client briefs and devise content strategies for innovative, forward-thinking commercial campaigns across both print and digital. You'll write and build digital commercial articles, ensuring strong brand alignment, accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.

You'll also work with the video team to come up with original video concepts, source and interview talent, write scripts and influence storytelling elements on shoots. You'll commission freelance writers and edit their work to ensure it meets editorial standards.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you'll have commercial or branded content experience, for example copywriting and client management skills and experience of delivering successful projects from pitch to publish. We're looking for someone with experience working in content creation (editorial or branded) for fashion or beauty verticals, ideally in publishing. Strong editing and writing skills are a must, as is someone with a can-do attitude and excellent organisation and communication skills.

You'll have experience of building content in a CMS and a strong knowledge of SEO and social media strategy and be able to generate ideas for video and social content as well as Hearst's print portfolio. If you're interested in fashion, beauty, entertainment and wellness and have a strong sense of how to deliver great content to tight deadlines, then this the job for you.
