As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission by performing on-site installation, training, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of sophisticated laser systems. You will be supported by a dedicated technical team, helping customers across various sectors, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshooting any product issues directly with them. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team, utilizing technical skills to provide exceptional customer service.

With up to 80% travel, this role offers a dynamic and ever-changing work environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for both field service and remote support, collaborating directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products. Additionally, you will contribute ideas for product improvement and assist with sales-related activities when needed, making a real impact on both the business and customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have electrical troubleshooting and possess strong problem-solving abilities related to electronics, mechanics, and photonics. A technical degree or certificate is preferred, and experience with tools such as Microsoft products and Salesforce is essential.
