SMB Account Executive - Military Veterans

We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our Small Business Sales team. This role is focused on 100% new customer acquisition, leveraging warm leads to expand Frontier’s market presence. As a consultative sales professional, you’ll engage small business owners, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in Dallas, TX, offering a fast-paced, high-performance environment where your hustle directly translates into success.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping small businesses thrive. This is an outbound sales position, requiring confidence, resilience, and the ability to think strategically while building strong client relationships.
Your ability to articulate technical solutions, ask the right questions, and handle objections effectively will be key in winning new business and supporting our mission to build #GigaBitAmerica.
- Driving 100% new business acquisition by engaging small business owners through warm outbound leads.
- Consultative selling, aligning Frontier’s fiber solutions with the specific needs of SMB clients.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Selling value-added services alongside core products to maximize revenue per sale.
- Partnering with pre- and post-sales teams to ensure customer success and long-term retention.
- Becoming an expert on Frontier’s full suite of solutions, including Fiber Optic Internet, Small Business Voice Solutions, WiFi, Internet Backup, Static IP, Security, and Premium Tech Support.

- 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or consultative selling.
- Strong prospecting skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and close new opportunities.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a strong drive to succeed is the most important qualification.
