Data organization, management and storage system (25%)

  • Organize study records
  • Enter study data into a database

Assisting with creation of study reports, communications and presentations (25%)
  • Organize recruitment and enrollment reports
  • Assist with literature reviews
  • Assist with newsletters and graphics
  • Organize layout of slides or posters

Data collection including assisting with study visits (30%)
  • Greet families
  • Administer surveys and study measures according to study protocol

Lab administrative tasks (20%)
  • Schedule meetings
  • Update websites
  • Track inventory/supplies

Work Location: Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain (In-person)

All required qualifications must be documented on application materials

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experience to equal at least four years.
  • Computer proficiency in a PC environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize assignments.
  • Understanding of patient privacy regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience administering or scoring neuropsychological assessments.
  • Experience with data management (e.g., Excel, REDCap)
  • Experience in medical or patient-care settings.
