Additional Information About the Role
Full-Time Float Reg Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) to Float between locations.
As a Float - Medical Assistant, you will be a Full-Time BJC employee who Travels to provide coverage to multiple BJC MedGroup sites/locations in the preferred region of MOBap and our West County Regions.
Float MA’s are responsible for covering shifts of employees on PTO, Leave, vacation, sick, etc.
Flexibility and adaptability are needed as the Float MA will NOT have a home location. Float MA’s will be called every morning between 6:30am-7:30am to be informed on their assigned work location for the day.
Position Details:
- Up to $2,500 SIGN On BONUS Eligible!!!!
- Day Shift hours
- CMA or RMA through (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA)
- Must provide proof of MA Certification or Registration upon hiring
- 2 years of Medical Assistant experience Preferred
- This position requires ability to travel between multiple locations
- Mileage reimbursement
- Float differential of $5/per hour!
- Subject to travel outside of primary Region
