The ideal candidate has at least 8-10 years of experience in a process-driven industry, including the military. This role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in extreme temperatures. A strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out and confined space procedures, are crucial.
