Technical Support Engineer - Military Veterans

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) with a background in technical operations and a passion for customer service. This role is ideal for veterans with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and support.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality phone, email, and chat support to end users, distributors, field service engineers, and sales teams

- Take ownership of service cases, track issues and resolutions in CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups

- Manage logistical support, including scheduling and prioritizing work orders for the field service team

- Perform hands-on repairs, assist with complex technical issues, and maintain support equipment

- Handle administrative tasks such as warranty RMAs, part orders, service quotes, and invoicing

- Deliver product training to customers and service engineers

- Identify opportunities to promote service programs and test new vendor products

Qualifications:

- Education: Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military technical training (bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred)

- At least 3 years experience in a related role, preferably in the marking and coding industry

- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, electronic circuitry, and mechanical systems

- Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities

- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Base salary,$70K - $75K, with great benefits; 3 Weeks of PTO and company holidays; no travel
