Compressed Air Service Technician - Military Veterans

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Compressed Air Service Technician to join their team. This role involves maintaining and repairing compressed air systems. Ideal candidates will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills (480V, 230V, 24V, 110V, and occasionally 4160V) and experience in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration systems.

Mechanical training will be provided as needed. You'll report directly to a veteran who began as a technician and is committed to supporting your success.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment

- Ensure proper system operation during start-ups

- Complete work orders, maintenance checklists, and daily time sheets accurately

- Collaborate with Service Coordinators to order necessary parts

- Conduct on-site system audits and evaluations

- Follow all safety and training protocols

Qualifications

- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

- Experience or certification in refrigeration (preferred)

- Ability to read wiring schematics and diagrams

- Ownership of a standard tool set (required)

$80K - $100K, with $1K sign-on bonus. plus monthly incentives ranging from $200 to $1,400, additional bonus plans for end of year performance
