Job Summary:
ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) Healthcare, part of HCA, is recruiting an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Florida.Qualified Candidates:
- Fulltime (15 shifts per month)
- Nights only 7p-7a
- block scheduling
- 12-hour shifts covering an 18-bed medical/surgical ICU and 18-bed CV & Neuro ICU
- Staffing model: 3 MDs, 1 APP (7am to 7pm); 1 MD & 1 APP (7 pm to 7 am)
- APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation, work independently, and be able to carry patient load
