Implementation Engineer - Military Veterans

at RecruitMilitary Placement Services

In this role you will be servicing all US and Canada locations, and you will be responsible for the installation and execution of our client's industry leading scrub and linen automation solutions and offerings. Implementation typically includes traveling onsite, uncrating and moving equipment into position, installing, networking, and updating equipment, interfacing with clients, project management and sales; as well as training a wide variety of clients and/or partners to ensure their success in using this equipment. Once you get the equipment up and running and have trained people on how to you it you will also provide post-installed services related to equipment and technology. Additionally, the Implementation Engineer troubleshoots and solves technical problems related to hardware, software, firmware and processes, whether during an implementation or as needed for the highest escalated service calls. You will need to show you have strong Electronics troubleshooting and repair experience, some mechanical experience, and basic networking experience (ability to set up IP address, modem or router would be enough).

You will be the face of services for customer implementations, while partnering with Project Management to achieve onsite success by leveraging extensive technical expertise, including hardware, mechanical, electrical, networking and software proficiency and well as a deep understanding of company offerings. The Implementation Engineer also utilizes professionalism, communication, and customer service skills to introduce and train clients on industry leading scrub and linen best practices to ensure the client is initially positioned for success and understands the value of their scrub and/or linen automation program. As an Implementation Engineer, you will take ownership of executing onsite installation game plans and must be willing and able to adapt as needed using excellent judgement, a great attitude, and a clear understanding of how to achieve success despite unforeseen challenges.

There is a weekly travel requirement of up to 90%, out the door on Monday morning, not back until Thursday night or Friday most weeks to do paperwork and have some reset days. This is an incredibly visible position due to the enormous value created for and onsite daily interaction with customers and partners. It offers tremendous opportunities for learning and developing a breadth of skills, including hardware, software, electrical, mechanical, networking and of course client facing training, onsite management, and issue resolution. Most travel flying to locations where you are needed across the US and Canada.

Interviewing and training for both roles will be with a former RecruitMilitary placement there who is the Team Lead and Supervisor.
