Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced APP to support the Cardiovascular Heart Failure Program at HCA Florida JFK Hospital.Skills required:
- APP with cardiovascular critical care experience
- Heart failure/LVAD/heart transplant experience preferred
- Procedural skills (central lines, etc…)
- Great interpersonal skills (for chronic disease management and working with CV surgeons/cardiologists)
- Inpatient and outpatient rounding/staffing
- Heart failure clinic visits
- LVAD call
- Heart failure call
- Call on weekdays and occasional weekends
- Patient and staff education
- Work with house officer
