Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Movement Control Specialist in Baledogle, Somalia, where you will
provide specialized functional services within Movement Control operations. This role involves
managing ground transportation missions and/or air transportation in theater, ensuring seamless
and efficient movement of personnel and cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
Air Transportation Operations:
o Manage daily operations at camp passenger terminals for fixed wing or rotary
aircraft.
o Prepare and maintain movement logs, passenger manifests, cargo movement logs,
and daily mission logs.
o Coordinate activities with military personnel, disseminating information on flight
rules and regulations to internal and external customers.
o Assist military personnel in scheduling flights and manifesting employees.
o Perform basic maintenance and stocking functions at passenger terminals to
ensure customer needs are met.
o Provide information on flight schedules, routes, delays, safety requirements,
personal baggage limitations, and facilities for customers.
o Ensure passengers are clear to fly, perform roll call, and escort passengers to and
from aircraft as necessary.

Ground Transportation Coordination:
o Oversee ground transportation for line haul, tanker, flatbed, HAZMAT, and
triple/double missions.
o Prepare and maintain movement logs, cargo movement logs, and daily mission
logs.
o Coordinate activities with military escort personnel, sharing information on safety
and security rules and regulations.
o Assist military personnel in scheduling missions.
o Perform basic maintenance and stocking functions at truck yards and checkpoints
to ensure customer needs are met.
o Disseminate information on schedules, routes, delays, safety requirements, and
facilities for customers.

Supervision:

May supervise employees or subcontractor personnel as directed by management in
accordance with the "General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
o High school diploma/GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education
and experience.
o 4 to 7 years of related experience.
o Job knowledge, skill level, and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job
functions.
o Ability to operate 10K & 30K Forklift and K-Loader.
o Proficiency in down & uploading C-130 Aircraft.
o Can operate USAF ADACG GATES systems.
o HAZ-DEC certification.
o Security clearance (Secret or above).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Military and/or Contingency Operations experience.

Work Environment:

Position may be located in diverse environments, from conventional indoor office spaces
to project worksites with harsh working and living conditions.
Compliance with safety, health, and security requirements is essential.
Intermediate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is
necessary to perform job functions.
