Job Summary: Xavier University of Louisiana is accepting applications for the position of Academic Records Operations Specialist. The Academic Records Operations Specialist has the responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to providing operational support and act as the liaison for technology support to the Registrar's Office team. The Academic Records Operation Specialist will perform specified administrative coordination of support tasks within the office. The position will provide specialized support using the Banner Document Management System and backup support for the current Degree Audit System Degree Works. This includes systems testing, training and documentation. AA/ EOE Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a university setting or service-oriented environment or university setting. - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using computers, internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and Access) - A strong work ethic and self-motivated - Must be results oriented and have the ability to perform multiple tasks efficientl - Strong organizational and customer service skill - Proven ability to adapt to chang - Effective oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 2- 3 years of working in a Registrar's Office or similar higher education experience preferred Knowledge of the Banner Student Information System and Banner Document Management System Knowledge of degree audit systems, preferably Degree Works Education: Bachelor's
