Sr Product Advisor - Military Veterans

Summary:

In this role, you will act as a senior level Advisor to supports members utilizing the Data Management Platform, fully leveraging the capabilities of the platform to the benefit of the member engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the ongoing business relationships relating to the product/solution delivered for the most strategically demanding and important Vizient Members.
  • Establish, maintain and conduct programs in a variety of formats that help members become empowered to utilize the application and data, leading to measurable sustainable improvements.
  • Conduct tier 2 support of analytical products, monitoring trends, providing feedback to development teams, educating tier 1 support to optimize first call resolution.
  • Ensure successful customer experience of products with Members, including data on-boarding,
  • Access management, training and coordination with sales, advisory support and consulting as appropriate in conjunction with Delivery Operations team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and Performance Improvement Advisors to address product specific needs; responsible for capturing and sharing new knowledge,.
  • Develop and execute training for new staff and ongoing internal education.
  • Generate member communication documents and educational content needed to work with marketing and training to create appropriate messaging, training and sales.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, adding to the collective knowledge of the group and disseminating those skills across the organization.
  • Delight Members to ensure the successful renewal of the product and service engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred, advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Data management is required.
  • Customer relationship management skills or sales skills are pluses.
  • Good understanding of all the data available within the systems (both currently at Vizient, as well as at customers and trading partners) and how to leverage this data to help the members,.and internal customers make better decisions.
  • Must be proficient with analysis & assessment, qualitative and quantitative, communications, both written and verbal, and process improvement with proven success.
  • Must be able to learn and work with new analytical tools.
  • Proven ability to use analytics to influence behavior.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
