The CTO (Chief Technology Organization) Associate Director Change Lead for Enterprise Architecture will be based in the Rahway Tech Center. They will have responsibility to provide change management for both organizational change and program/product changes for the EA function. The role will report into the CTO Change Leader Director and be part of a team that will manage change across all of CTO. Change deliverables, including templates, will be based on the Prosci ADKAR methodology. We consider communications one of the major tools to execute on change, so deliverables will include creation of content assets, videos and graphics following brand guidelines. The expectation is that the Change Lead will be a hands-on expert at using both change and communication tools, as well as able to upskill others.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a global team of change management experts to cover the full portfolio of CTO changes. Focus on the change needs of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function.
- Accountable to the AVP of EA to envision, document and lead the execution of a change management strategy for EA encompassing all initiatives within scope of EA. This is focused on change driven by EA across the enterprise, but also includes internal EA team change needs.
- As a major tool for change, lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications for EA team aligned with change goals.
- Create actionable change management deliverables for EA initiatives using Prosci ADKAR methodology (ex: intent statement, communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
- Collaborate with other key areas across the company to align on EA strategy and coordinate activities as necessary.
- Advocate for the use of GenAI in the creation of change deliverables and upskill a broader set of EA employees on change using the Prosci ADKAR methodology
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
- Proven experience in leading and managing significant change initiatives, including creating the deliverables personally.
- Experience in working with globally distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent active listening skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Enthusiasm and curiosity about applying GenAI to the tasks related to change management and communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in one or more change management methodologies (ex: ADKAR).
- Experience with or understanding of Enterprise Architecture

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$122,800.00 - $193,300.00
