Summary:
In this role, you will create and maintain a comprehensive library of innovative communication pieces that drive awareness, understanding and consumption of the Sg2 intelligence, events and analytics resources provided through Sg2 Member contracts with hospitals, health systems and life sciences companies. You will be tasked with developing new content as well as repurposing existing materials across various communication channels such as email, web, social media, podcasts, and video. Your goal will be to drive awareness, understanding, and consumption of Sg2 resources while maximizing customer engagement and value through multi-channel communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a library of assets for member communication and engagement focused on Sg2's combined intelligence and analytics membership offerings.
- Develop and coordinate multimedia content and packages (e.g., social media, emails, videos, microsites, blogs) as part of integrated communication campaigns for Sg2 services, products and events.
- Contribute to Sg2's social media strategy and execution to grow our online presence and audience.
- Work closely with Member Communications team members, along with Service, SMEs, Creative, Product Management, Marketing and other teams as needed to establish content, style, graphics and tone of new or refreshed assets.
- Effectively manage work assignments and projects to meet deadlines based on current business needs and objectives.
- Meet with appropriate team representatives to discuss communication needs, deliverables and participate in the development of necessary or new collateral.
- Learn, adhere to and educate others to ensure understanding, application, and adherence to production and approval protocols and Sg2 brand and style guidelines.
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to gain insights into the effectiveness of communication strategies and tactics by analyzing data to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for adjustments to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills required.
- Experience and knowledge of e-mail, web and social media communication strategies and tactics required.
- Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical.
- Strong technical, analytical and data presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interface with various levels of the organization.
- Experience with Eloqua, Pardot or similar marketing automation systems preferred.
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce or similar CRM system preferred.
- Sitecore or similar web CMS experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn, multi-task and be passionate about the health care industry.
- Highly professional, energetic, dedicated, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-based, dynamic environment and making recommendations or decisions absent detailed direction.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
