Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)-
Days off are Tuesdays and Wednesday.
Anticipated Duration: 3 Months with intention of extending to 6 months.
Job Description:
Prestigious Banking Company is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in El Monte, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production or operations and will be responsible for processing check payments and managing accounts receivable tasks in a fast-paced warehouse/office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process check payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Open mail and extract contents with speed and accuracy.
- Perform light data entry tasks.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts receivable.
- Background in banking and warehouse, or production environments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Background:
- Production/Operations experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or office setting.
