Location: Charlotte, NC (South End - 28208 area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR best practices while maintaining and enhancing our positive company culture. Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and goals.
-Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Address employee relations matters, fostering open communication and resolving concerns.
-Design and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
-Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
-Support performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
-Plan and execute team-building activities to strengthen workplace camaraderie.
-Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership.
-Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the HVAC or parts industry.
-Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
-Proven ability to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
-Proficiency in HR software and tools.
-SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
