Join our distribution center team as an HR Coordinator and bring your administrative and HR expertise to the table for an exciting short-term adventure.

What You’ll Do:
Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to keep our HR operations running smoothly. From managing files to supporting site events, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR during this temporary assignment. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating recruitment efforts: posting jobs, managing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintaining and organizing employee files for retention or storage.
• Supporting pre-employment requirements and offboarding processes.
• Assisting with employee recognition events and creating internal communications.
• Providing top-notch administrative support to the HR team.
• Using HRIS platforms to manage data, payroll, and leave requests.

This role is a mix of hands-on tasks, problem-solving, and making people’s workdays brighter!

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1+ year of experience as an HR Coordinator, Admin, or Generalist (warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred).
• Savvy with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS software. Familiarity with PeopleSoft, UKG/Kronos, or HRIS? Even better!
• A knack for handling recruiting tasks, onboarding, and HR documentation like a pro.
• A team-player attitude with great communication skills.
