Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the space, ground, payload, and launch teams involved in the systems engineering and integration of the T3 program
  • Lead teams to perform all mission/systems integration based on PWSA T3 requirements
  • Assess system architecture and current hardware limitations
  • Participate in gathering business and product functional and performance requirements
  • Define and design system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in technical field or Bachelor’s with three additional years of experience in all areas
  • 10+ years of space acquisition experience focused on development, integration, and testing
  • Experience leading multiple teams needed for complete mission integration
  • Knowledge of space, ground, payload, and launch engineering and integration efforts
  • Perform requirements engineering, including development, verification, and validation of system requirements
  • Familiarity with space, high altitude, and space missile defense systems and technologies.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance, with the ability to qualify for a TS\SCI clearance.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in a technical field
  • 15 years of space acquisition experience focused on development, integration, and testing
  • Currently hold a TS\SCI clearance

Salary Range: 

$149,900.00 - $269,800.00
