Fiber Conversion Specialist - Military Veterans

Zito Media currently has Full-time opening for a Fiber Conversion Specialist in the Coudersport office to serve as the primary customer point of contact for fiber to the home conversions of Zito Media's high-speed Internet services.

Essential functions:

• First point of contact for our Coax to Fiber to the home customers.



• Demonstrate upsell capabilities to add additional units on sales opportunities.



• Ability to work in fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.



• Track and report on converted leads daily.



• Must be prompt, punctual and have regular attendance.



• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proficient PC skills.



• Proficient with excel/spreadsheets



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



• Excellent organizational skills.



• Ability to multi-task and work flexible or extended shifts as necessary.



• Must be high-energy and able to work under goal-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with telecommunications products.



• Experience in call center environment.
