AEC Estimator - Military Veterans

SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is in search of an Architecture, Engineer, Construction (AEC) Estimator. This role will support the development of a climate adaption planning rubric and planning process on behalf of the National Parks Service.
This role is critical in reviewing the infrastructure cost estimating aspect of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Pilot Asset Classification Rubric Development, Application, and Implementation. The AEC Estimator will play a key role in leading the development of environmental coastal adaptation strategies for infrastructure that will serve as actionable roadmaps to guide short- and long-term adaptation actions to transition to future conditions at each park unit.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
- Prepares Monthly progress reports and deliverables to the customer
- Facilitate meetings, calls and workshops, both in-person and virtual
- Review/collect data to inform infrastructure cost estimates for the NPS
- Utilize mathematical models, statistical techniques, and software to analyze data
- Present as research results and inform alternatives
- Incorporate Environmental and Sustainability Best Practices and activities into pricing estimates
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required.
- 2 years minimum experience in infrastructure cost estimating (e.g., utilities systems, facilities structures, transportation, maintained landscapes, etc.)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
