The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Cost Analyst to support an Army Product Manager (PdM) at Ft Belvoir VA. The Cost Analyst will provide technical leadership in the areas of cost analysis and project management support, to include, life cycle cost analysis, program financial planning, cost estimate model development, and cost policy application. Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise in managing and executing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software.
Provide initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams.
Provide support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA).
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics
10+ years of experience.
Experience with Cost Estimation techniques.
Desired:
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics.
Proficient with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software
Prior experience estimating costs for Army or DoD programs.
Work Location: Ft Belvoir, VA (2 days per week, fully remote work not authorized)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
