Machine Operator - 2nd Shift - Military Veterans

Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator - 2nd Shift. The core hours are 3:00 pm to 11:00pm. The hourly rate for this position is 19.08 per hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential. The base rate increases after 6 months to $19.40/hr.
What you’ll do:
This position is responsible for inspecting and assembling commercial electrical products. Employees in this role often work with others in the department and must communicate and work well in a team environment. Entry level position with on-the-job training.
- Operate production equipment, including but not limited to welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes in accordance to work instructions.
- Operate machines, monitor the equipment operations, and record operational production data.
- Inspect finished products for quality per standard work instructions.
- Complete production reports to communicate production output to management.
- Maintain housekeeping in work area.
- Perform overhead work on one or more lines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
- No relocation benefits available for this position. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Meadowlands, PA to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area limitation.
Position Criteria:
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends.
