DePaul University Job Identification: 1297 Locations: , , , , Job Schedule: Full time Job Category: Information Technology The Highlights: Reporting to the Director, the Sr. Recruitment Technology Specialist serves as an internal consultant to the admission offices through the utilization of the university's CRM system in the operations of recruitment and admission of prospective students. They will serve as the functional and technical expert for the CRM's ongoing utilization and maintenance in the admission offices, working primarily with graduate admission leadership to incorporate the software's diverse feature set into the office's student recruitment and admission practices. Focus on maximizing user-system effectiveness in pursuit of achieving enrollment goals is key in this position. They will work with the Admission Systems and Operations team to ensure proper ongoing CRM software creation, enhancement and development, and will create reports used by internal admission stakeholders to aid in thoughtful and effective recruitment and admission strategies. What You'll Do: Serves as the graduate admissions offices' functional expert for CRM's ongoing maintenance and utilization by the graduate admission offices. As an internal consultant, be an expert on CRM functionality and utilize knowledge of the system, as well as knowledge of graduate recruitment and admission practices to influence office operating processes (such as travel, file review, event management, querying, reporting, communications) and practices in order to influence the office's maximum and optimal usage of the tool's functionality and the achievement of the graduate admission enrollment metrics and goals. Serve as the backup for all undergraduate Slate work. Leads the maintenance and continuous development the CRM application processes (including bin structure, bin movement automation, review forms, and other work flow automations) and portals for all the graduate admission offices. Serves as the primary trainer for graduate admission offices' staff, providing ongoing training for both current and future Slate processes focusing on maximizing the knowledge and abilities of the end user within Slate. Serves as the coordinator for all program changes in the graduate Slate environment, working as the primary contact on the Admission Systems and Operations team to gather information on CRM changes from the graduate admission offices and work in-conjunction with internal colleagues to ensure appropriate prompts, applications, forms, communications, and review processes are updated to reflect these changes. Develop and maintain reports used by graduate admission offices and other internal stakeholders Possible management of student interns with the future possibility of also managing professional staff as business needs arise. What You'll Need: Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in CRM development, including direct experience in admission technology/operations or student recruitment. Graduate admissions experience preferred. Demonstrated experience with relational database design and management, cloud-based infrastructure, web development (front-end and back-end), and related programming/scripting/markup languages (SQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.) Strong project management experience and evidence of progressive responsibility, strongly desired.
